Fixed SGS2 Facebook calendar bug
Added preference to right button icons “match action” which uses the icon of the action instead of the horizontal lines
All widgets are now enableable/disableable.
Fixed gridview highlighting incorrect days
Fixed “show day once” not always working for inline mode
Modified code that determines today/tomorrow header, hopefully irons out problems around the DST switchover
Fixed some bugs with enabled widget sizes
